Asphalt is 100% recyclable.
Payne & Dolan does reclamation in two different ways. One is to remove it from the surface with a milling machine. It basically grinds up the asphalt, then deposits it into a truck that hauls it to were it can be reused.
The second way is to pulverize it. We use large pulverizing machines to grind up the asphalt, then leave it in place to be used as a base material for the new surface.
