Payne and Dolan, Inc. (subcontractor) was awarded all the asphalt paving for the Marquette Interchange project.

Harley's parking garden incorporates grass "pavement", trees and plantings to its design to provide an overall pleasant and peaceful experience instead of the tradition parking area for approx. 500 cars or approx. 5000 motorcycles.
