I would like to take this opportunity to thank your fine organization for going the extra mile in ensuring our boys were able to enjoy an exciting, memorable, and educational field trip this past week. Clint, Mike, and Doug were our gracious tour guides and did an explemary job of planning and carrying out various interactive hands on demonstations along with providing enough foundational information to allow our scouts to also satisfy the requirements for their Geology Belt Loop. Thanks again to Payne and Dolan and its staff for helping us start out our 2011 Cub Scout year with a "Bang"!
Sincerely,
Jeff Kitral

Payne & Dolan, Inc was a contributing contractor is the construction of the Children's Memorial Garden. After the loss of her own son, Vikki Krocka wanted to create a children's memorial garden for local families who were sufffering from the loss of their children. Vickki enlisted her husband's Randy's help, a Business Represntative with the Sheet Meal Workersm Local 18.
Other trades and contractors were inlisted to donate services and materials to the project. The memorial has personalized brick work, a one-of-a-kind sculpture and an intricate gazebo for events to honor the children who have passed away. Our Company was honored to be one of the many contributors to such a worthy project.

"I had a flat tire on my way to work at Waukesha Memorial Hospital. After calling everyone I knew at 7:00 AM it seemed no one was able to come and help me. Crying and cold- a wonderful man in a company work truck stopped and offered to help. He would not give me his contact information, but has worked for your fine establishment for 37 years and heads many of the crews. Another fine employee brought a more suitable jack for the car and the flat was changed in record time. I could not express my appreciation and gratitude enough. Your employees are wonderful and it is apparent customer service their number one priority. Thank you so much!"
